Key responsibilities Lead game design efforts, creating fun and educational gameplay experiences that enhance retention and engagement Design and balance game economies, including currencies, rewards, and progression pacing, while ensuring educational objectives are met Write detailed game design documents and collaborate with the Product Manager to propose features that align with success metrics Required qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Generalist Game Designer, preferably in free-to-play mobile games Hands-on experience in designing game economies and balancing reward systems Proficient in writing build-ready game design documents and product specifications Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of core free-to-play metrics Excellent English language skills (B2+ minimum) for effective communication and documentation
