Thomas McKenny & Associates is a small, single-doctor dental practice in downtown Seattle seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Front Office / Office Manager. This is a rare, full-time opportunity to be the first point of contact for our patients and the operational core of our practice. This role is a stable, well-loved position, as our previous Office Manager of 20 years is moving on. Office Manager
Job Description Greet patients warmly and manage check-ins and check-outs.
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently.
Handle all phone calls, emails, and text communications with professionalism and warmth.
Verify insurance, process dental claims, and post payments.
Manage patient billing, statements, and accounts payable.
Develop and present treatment plans to patients.
Manage and maintain the practice's social media accounts and email newsletters.
Monitor and respond to online reviews in a professional and timely manner.
Provide systems support and reach out to tech support when necessary.
full-time $35 - $40 per hour

Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
The office is closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Proven experience in a dental office setting.
Strong administrative and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A dependable, professional, and patient-focused demeanor.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude.
Experience with medical claims processing, insurance verification, and financial transactions.
1-2 years of experience as a Dental Front Office / Office Manager.
Familiarity with Dentrix and Dexis software.
Experience with treatment planning and case presentations.
Experience with managing social media and email newsletters for a business.
