\n \nRoles & Responsibilities
\n10+ years of professional hands on experience in Selenium Automation with Java Development.
\nMust have Banking experience and good to have Payments processing experience.
\nHands-on in design and developing automated testing systems and frameworks.
\nProven work experience as a QA Architect or similar role in software development.
\nExperience with automated testing tools and methodologies Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
\nExperience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
\nExcellent problem-solving skills.
\nAbility to document and troubleshoot errors
\nWorking knowledge of agile frameworks and regression testing
\nArchitect and implement scalable automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Cucumber (BDD).
\nDrive UI, API strategies across web platforms
\nLead test planning, framework enhancement, and integration of automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
\nConduct end-to-end API testing and backend integration validations using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, and SoapUI.
\nValidate Kafka-based event-driven systems with real-time message verification techniques.
\nPerform ETL testing and data validation using advanced SQL queries on Oracle and SQL Server.
\nLead test efforts for Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, including workflows, case management, and data validation.
\nEnsure high-quality deliverables through cross-browser, functional, regression, and UAT testing.
\nExecute mobile automation testing using Appium and real devices/emulators in varying network conditions.
\nMentor and lead QA teams, perform code reviews, and align testing goals with Agile sprint cycles.
\nEngage in defect triage, maintain traceability matrices, and report on automation ROI and quality metrics.
