What You’ll Do

• Lead the ENT department, providing visionary oversight aligned with organizational goals
• Oversee clinical, academic, and administrative operations
• Deliver high-quality, personalized patient care utilizing minimally invasive surgical techniques
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including partnerships with The Cleveland Clinic
• Utilize advanced surgical technology, including robotic platforms
• Mentor and develop a team of surgeons and advanced practice providers
• Drive innovative research and educational initiatives in partnership with academic institutions
• Promote community outreach and healthcare access efforts
• Participate in a shared call schedule supported by advanced practice providers and hospital services

What You Need

Required:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology at the time of application
• Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience beyond training
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience with robotic surgery and multidisciplinary collaboration
• Prior involvement in academic or research activities
